Mara Baumgart Mara joined Clos-ette to assist Melanie Fascitelli in the office and on her jobs. Mara grew up in Cleveland, but always had her eye on Manhattan. She has a natural flair for color, design, and organization; skills which serve her well at Clos-ette. Since developing her love for fashion and interior design she has worked at the New York Design Center and had the opportunity to work with jewelry designer, Lori Leavitt. Mara is also an active student member of ASID and NEWH. Throughout her school year at the George Washington University, Mara continued to keep Clo-sette's website updated and returns again to the New York office this summer. Mara will graduate in 2010 with a fine arts degree, with a major in interior design and a double minor in fine arts and art history. Mara's education, experience, and extensive travel through Europe, the Middle East and Africa, give her a unique perspective for color and design that she shares willingly with clients. |
